Which areas do you cover?

Anywhere within a 20 mile radius of Nantwich, including Crewe, Sandbach, Middlewich, Northwich, Alsager, Whitchurch, Market Drayton, Newcastle-under-Lyme and Stoke-on-Trent. For areas outside this radius, a supplement may be charged.

How long do sessions last?

Standard private sessions are either one or one and a half hours. The maximum length of a session without a break would normally be two hours, as concentration may well begin to fade after this point!

Why not take a course at the local college instead?

On a college course you may have to share the attention of the teacher with as many as twenty others, often with a wide range of abilities. With one-to-one or small group tuition, the teacher will be able to focus on your specific needs. As a result, your progression will almost certainly be much quicker. Also, many college courses follow a strict syllabus, which may not be totally relevant to your requirements. With Cheshire Language Services, courses can be tailored to meet your specific needs.

Why not use a computer based course?

While these can be a valuable additional aid to learning, they cannot replace face-to-face interaction with a tutor, who can give immediate feedback, focus on any particular weaknesses or needs you may have, provide encouragement and hopefully make learning a fun process.
